We sat down with Alli Ross of @grainprojects to learn more about her process as an interior designer and why she trusts Litt Concept House to help her find one-of-a-kind pieces for her clients.
How did you come up with the name Grain Projects?
"I liked the idea of grain meaning texture and when you look at natural textures no two things are the same."
Where do you start when you take on a new project?
"The first thing I do is interview the family or client and get a feel for how they live in the space. I want to learn how they entertain and what their aesthetic is. From there I start with materials, paint colors and a couple of anchor pieces to start basing the home around and build from there."
"Anyone can decorate their home. My job as an interior designer is to elevate that."

"I will always work with Litt Concept House because of their dedication and experience with antiques. Online stores are all the same nowadays and I know I can always finds one-of-a-kinds that accent my clients home at Litt."
Why do you like working with Kevin and Dina?
"I love that Kevin knows the history of every piece and can teach me about it. I am able to educate my clients and make them feel confident and excited about their purchases.
Dina, is amazing to work with. I enjoy being able to come to her and tell her my vision. She instantly understands what I'm looking for and helps me carry out it out."
